On April 24th, supporters started in downtown San Diego where they freeway blogged over the I5 interstate. Traffic was slow and we received many honks and drivers giving us peace signs.

On April 24th, supporters held a large Free Bradley Manning banner on the University ave footwalk over I-580 in Berkeley for the morning commute 7am-9am. Then at 4pm supporters started at Oscar Grant Plaza, the site of the Occupy Oakland, and rallied for Bradley Manning and all political prisoners.

According to the ACLU, the government has so overreached in charging Bradley Manning with “aiding the enemy” so as to set a dangerous precedent for the future of information sharing and government transparency. Last week at Ft. Meade, military judge Denise Lind denied the defense’s motion to dismiss that charge.

About 60 Kansas City supporters rallied on April 25th for Bradley. Local businesses welcomed supporters to place posters on window fronts, and banner and poster drops were placed throughout the city.
