The sad part of this despicable undertaking is that not only has Pvt. Manning been punished for more than a year before a trial (or even charges being filed) is the likelihood of succeeding in his conviction.

The United States commits War Crimes and then punishes individuals who report them instead of the perpetrators of the actual crimes.
