These conditions of confinement are worse than at Russia’s Black Dolphin where the Russian gov’t warehouses all of its very worst felons….there is absolutely no excuse for this at all and the misconduct of Flynn and all those above and below him should result in criminal indictments being levied. On Obama’s official website I left a comment flatly condemning your prez to his face for the bald faced hypocrite he is for publicly vowing to protect whistelblowers and then either acquiescing in or more than likely being party to the sheer sociopathy in practice to which Manning has been insidiously subjected. I will never again have any pride whatsoever in this country’s military.

After reading that I have to despair of the military malfeasance demonstrated. It is the equivalent to putting a defenceless animal in a cage and poking it with sticks and smiling with sadistic delight . As he is a human being they also have the extra pleasure of asking “are you ok?’ and demanding an answer. I can’t say what I think of them my language would deteriorate.

Bless you Mr. Zeese, and anyone who passionately defends Bradley- the one and only soldier who cared enough for his fellow man to DO something about the violent abuse being heaped on INNOCENT Iraqis who did NOTHING to deserve the torture being inflicted on them. Other soldiers did NOTHING to prevent the destruction of innocent Iraqi families and children, preferring instead to go along to get along, collecting their ill-deserved pay. Bless Bradley Manning for caring enough to put himself at risk of his own well-being, at risk of throwing his entire life away to prevent further torture and destruction of helpless fellow human beings.
I love Bradley for his humanity, for his selfless actions, for his integrity, for his love of country (the country we all thought we had- not the country it’s turning out to be). Bradley honored his oath to the Constitution and to the law of the land. It was his responsibility to speak up about criminal activities being done by the military. It was his responsibility to uphold treaties entered into by our government on human rights. It was his responsibility to prevent war crimes- whether done by other governments or by our own government. Bradley has honored all of us by upholding his oaths – where everyone else failed.
It is now our responsibility to support him and prevent any further destruction to this fine young man.

I am grateful for people like Manning who take the risk and reveal the truth about what is going on in the government. Citizens have a right to know the truth considering we are forced to support the government through taxes or face imprisonment.

As a US Navy veteran of the Korean WAR era & as a Veteran for PEACE, I am deeply moved by what has happened to Bradley Manning.I have pledged to do all that I can to help promote & educate our fellow citizens about Bradley’s case .Today in NYC @ 5pm @ 520 8th av (Democratic Hqts.) I & others will be rallying for Bradley.
