As this quote above states, that when, ANY, of our Constitutional rights are taken away by somone in government, that they have qrongly violated those rights, and that they should be taken to trial, yes, with a jury of the people, to decide there violations of Constitutional Law.
Even though they have violated our rights, We The People, do not wish to violate their’s for our gain.
