The most pertinent attack on the veracity of the prosecution’s star witness in this transcript is- “Shaver stated that he’d received a search warrant for the SD card in December 2010, he didn’t know who had handled the SD Card before he received it, and he did not know if it had been shipped from Iraq.”
Clearly with no verifiable chain of command over this prize “evidence” any 2-bit psycho hacker such as LAMO could fake and upload and erase and falsify dates that they want to. But pointing out lack of veracity does not seem to count for much in a kangaroo court. Still this is duly noted and thanks to the Defense team for bringing this out!

So what does it mean “aiding the enemy”? What is the “enemy” and for who? Is there any law for multiple wrong accusations? And why he is prosecuted,when he is witness?

A BETTER WAY

A court-martial for enlisted men — should have only judges who are not officers. Otherwise you will have nothing but total corruption in the military, the root cause of most of the war corruption we see today.

MILITARY COURT JUDGES — SLAVE DRIVERS

Did you happen to notice that court-martial judges always have silver or gold bars on their shoulders? Did you ever wonder why that is?

For commissioned officers are all of the upper half of society, the 50% most educated and wealthy who own all the wealth. Surely of the of the slave driver half who in their moral stupidity think they deserve more pay then anyone less educated.

So, should not at least two of the three judges be enlisted men? But then, surely half of you would say yes, half would say no, and it would all depend upon where you fit into the pecking order.
