I just got finished with 3 phone calls to Camp Arifjan in Kuwait, and confirmed from the officer who answered the phone at the brig that Manning is being held at that facility.

The brig officer wouldn’t tell me anything beyond that (including his unit designation), and suggested contacting public affairs.
WHERE IS BRADLEY NOW? IF HE IS IN KUWAIT WHY DOES HIS MAILING ADDRESS SAY USA. IT’S IMPORTANT TO KEEP TRACK OF HIM.

The address is a US one, but it’s special. APO stands for “Army Post Office”, and he postal system provides for routing of such mail to military posts around the world.
