According to the law office of David Coombs, Bradley’s conditions of confinement at Fort Leavenworth are so far the same as other pretrial prisoners. Congressman Dennis Kucinich declares this a success of the public’s reaction to his unjustly harsh pretrial conditions at Quantico.  Thanks to all of our supporters for enabling this great victory!

Sixteen files are missing from the released Guantanamo Files. Firedoglake blogger Jeff Kaye suggests further questions that should be raised by this information.
