Update: 5/17/11
The “Wikileaks Movie” website has created a collection of the most-viewed videos that reference Bradley Manning, as they had formerly done with Julian Assange. This collection contains “a wide range of viewpoints and opinions.” The Bradley Manning video archives hope to provide a place “for artists, writers, musicians and filmmakers we hope you find inspiration as well as gain new knowledge about the Wikileaks phenomenon to assist you in your creative endeavors.” Hopefully it will provide plenty of inspiration for people participating in our “I Am Bradley Manning” campaign. If you haven’t done so yet, please add your photo signature as soon as possible and check out the “What Next?” section for more information on how to get involved with the I Am Bradley Manning campaign.
The Bradley Manning Support Network has also launched an EpicStep campaign to fund a billboard that will raise awareness about Bradley Manning in Washington D.C. Visit the site to check out the potential designs and vote.
A former national security advisor to Vice President Dick Cheney, Victoria Nuland, has been named the new State Department spokesperson. P.J. Crowley resigned from the position in March after calling Bradley Manning’s treatment “ridiculous and counterproductive and stupid.”
