Paul Almanza and Bert Haggett, to try to explain why it delayed Bradley’s trial beyond what military law allows. Bradley entered a plea offering that deals with lesser-included offenses. Bradley also selected to be tried by military judge alone, which means there will be no jury of military officers and senior NCO’s.
